Birdcage 33 Hotel has opened in the summer season of 2022. We curated the guest experience in the restaurant and lounge area. Setting up a team of kitchen and bar, creation of the menu and the contents within a Mediterranean fusion concept, photo shooting and service design, the restaurant quickly became a hot spot for people.
We also managed the events coordination part with our company Karem Events and had beautiful and fun events with local and international brands and guests.

Karpat & Emre's event management company which organize and coordinates luxury destination wedding events in Bodrum. We provide end to end solutions to the couples who want an amazing and unforgettable weddings in Bodrum.

We managed the set up and start up process of Casa dell Arte Club House Lisbon after the renovation construction project was completed. Establishing local connections, managing hiring and buying processes and sales and management of the company operations day to day was part of our tasks here.

Casa dell Arte is the first art themed hotel in Turkey and since 2007 it has been hosting guests providing the experience of staying at a collector's house. We re-evaluated the guest experience and controlled the staff starting from the hiring processes up to designing the communication with the guests.
We managed events and weddings in the hotel.
Established brand partnerships which created gastronomical experiences.
We also managed the Greenlife Houses, Casa dell Arte Yacht and restaurant's management and sales processes.

When we started to work with Hecha, it was a 10 years old brand. It was taken over by a new investor 5 years ago. We explored the existing work flows extensively and diagnosed the non-functioning or preventing the flow of procedures in the daily operations and applied solutions and alternatives in terms of sales and marketing flows. We focused on changing the brand strategy to move the brand into an upper level among the competitors in terms of brand and quality awareness. We moved the brand into the playground of the international competitors. Working on the pricing strategies and establishing a digital marketing channel, we drove an efficient work towards growth. The first year Hecha grew 300% and the second year 240%.

Another building compound of Casa dell’Arte known before as Casa dell Arte Village, totally rebranded as Casa Hermanas after careful reconsiderations. A full make over with a new concept developed and new designs applied accordingly, we created a new experience for the guests. The interior designs of the rooms are also revisited to be coherent with the whole guest experience with a more colorful and distinctive concept compared to other hotels in Bodrum region and Casa Hermanas became a hot spot in Bodrum in a short period. We managed the hotel and whole food and beverage operations. The hotel which became a rising value got interest on it and rented with a high value.

Managed the process of the brand transformation of Tutumlu Anne to Tutumlu Dükkan, an online secondhand managed marketplace, updating of the website with developer team.
Developed the e-commerce dashboards and reporting system.
Managed the warehouse operations transformation and establishment of a new warehouse in Gebze.

When they moved to Bodrum Karpat & Emre opened up a boutique patisserie in Bitez.
